Attending this class will help you to strengthen your relationships with family members, co-workers and intimate partners, as well as with yourself! Register now or read more…

What helped me the most was to understand the power of language, and how words we use all the time — words we think are harmless — are actually subtle forms of agitation and create angst in all of us. In this workshop, I learned to delicately choose my words to build relationships.”  — Mike Radice, Freelance Writer, Fall 2012

In this intensive workshop, we will focus on:

– Deepening our emergency self-empathy practice when triggered so we can “re-calibrate” and respond effectively and in choice
– Listening for what someone is saying “yes” to when we hear disagreement or a “no”
– Practicing honest expression with connection—being authentic and honest about our views and experience in a way that’s easy for others to hear
